Gijs Vogels

Gijs Vogels possesses extensive experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in the semiconductor industry, having held various roles at ASML from August 2016 to January 2023, including Team Lead for Mechanical Development and Group Lead for Opto-mechanical Manufacturing and Service Tooling. Gijs also contributed as an Elektromechanical Engineer and Lead Mechanical Engineer, focusing on projects such as power amplifiers and UV Level Sensors. Prior to ASML, Gijs worked at Neways Advanced Applications and VDL Industrial Modules, developing both mechanical and electromechanical solutions. Gijs holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fontys Hogescholen, complemented by specialized training in mechatronic system design and thermal effects in mechatronic systems from The High Tech Institute.
