Glenn H. Padulla

Glenn H. Padulla, MBA, is a Senior Change Specialist at ASML, a position they have held since 2019. Previously, they worked as a Technical Illustrator and Illustration Checker at CDG, a Boeing Company, and as a Lead Product Designer at Pratt & Whitney AeroPower from 1998 to 2015. Glenn also served as a Staff CAD Designer at Cymer Light Source, an ASML Company, from 2016 to 2019, and as a Product Designer at Quantum Technologies from 2004 to 2005. Currently, Glenn is pursuing multiple degrees at National University, including an MBA with a specialization in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Design Engineering, alongside an Associate of Applied Science in Drafting Technologies and a Project Management Boot Camp at UC San Diego Extension.
