Guanchen He

Guanchen Guanchen is currently an Application Engineering Manager at ASML, where they focus on advanced lithographic technology development. With extensive experience in semiconductor materials and processing, they have previously held positions as a Senior Application Engineer and a Senior Lithography Engineer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES.
