Guus Jacobs

Guus Jacobs has extensive experience in security technology and risk management, primarily at ASML, where they served as Scrum Master, Transformation Manager, and Security Technology Lead from 2019 to 2021. Their key contributions included implementing new structures for Integrated Risk Management and driving the development of innovative security solutions. Guus began their career with a BSc internship at Mifa Aluminium and gained further expertise through roles at PwC Nederland, where they worked as an Associate and Senior Associate, focusing on IT audit management and business improvement. They hold a Master’s degree in Operations Management & Logistics from Eindhoven University of Technology and an Executive Master of IT Auditing from TiasNimbas Business School.
