Hadi Yagubizade

Hadi Yagubizade has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as an Architect at ASML since September 2014, with a focus on the On-Product Overlay (OPO) performance of Extreme-UV (EUV) systems in High Volume Manufacturing (HVM). Prior to this role, Hadi worked as a Sr. Design Engineer in Applications and as a Design Engineer in DUV (Scanner metrology). Experience also includes a postdoctoral researcher position at the University of Twente from 2009 to 2014, specializing in Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS), where research involved the development of very- and ultra-high frequency MEMS devices. Hadi earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Micro Electromechanical Engineering from the University of Twente in 2013 and holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Urmia University, obtained between 2001 and 2008.
