Haining Wang

Haining Wang is a plasma scientist in the technology development team at ASML San Diego, focusing on plasma recipe physics for future EUV scanner sources. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University, where they received the Best Ph.D. Thesis Award and mentored several students. Prior to ASML, Haining held positions as a Senior Scientist at Cymer and worked on signal integrity research at McGill University, contributing to high-frequency IC applications. They began their career with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from McGill University.
