Hans de Bock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in lean management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Sr. Group Lead and Project Lead Module Build at ASML since January 2018, Hans has demonstrated expertise as a Lean Change Agent. Prior to this role, Hans worked at Oce Technologies bv from March 2000 to December 2017, where various positions included Lean/Continuous Improvement Program Management, Linemanager, and Teamlead Production Engineering. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and multiple certifications in Lean management and coaching, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Expert.
