Harald Colditz is currently serving as the Group Lead First Line Support for the EXE division at ASML, overseeing a team of specialized troubleshoot engineers. Prior to this role, Harald led a team in the EUV Factory and has held various positions at ASML, including Production Engineer and Project Leader for Lean Manufacturing. Their experience also includes a stint as a graduation student at Philips Research. Harald earned a Master of Science in Applied Physics from Technische Universiteit Eindhoven, where they studied from 1994 to 2005.
