Harm Boomsma

Harm Boomsma is currently a Business Case and Benefit Manager at ASML, where they have been since 2020. Prior to this role, they held various leadership positions, including as a Senior Project Leader in Configuration Management at ASML from 2018 to 2020 and as Managing Partner at both FLEX/design B.V. and Smartscan Factory. Harm also owned and managed Boomsma Innovations from 1997 to 2008 and Inno-Experts from 2009 to 2018, focusing on R&D management, innovation, and business process optimization. Harm holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Delft University of Technology and a Master's in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
