Harmke de Groot is currently the Director of D&E Electronics Development for EUV Scanners at ASML. Previously, they held various leadership roles at imec, where they managed research and development strategies for Internet of Things and ULP Circuits & Devices, significantly increasing revenue and partnerships. Their experience also includes positions at Philips, Microsoft, and Innode, along with managing high-impact European projects. Harmke earned a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, an MBA with distinction from TiasNimbas Business School, and a PhD in Innovation Management and Strategy from Tilburg University.
