Harpreet Singh

Harpreet Singh is a Senior IP Counsel at ASML, where they manage a patent portfolio and collaborate with legal, product, and engineering teams to protect innovative technologies. Previously, Harpreet worked as a Patent Litigation Attorney at DLA Piper from 2014 to 2021, handling complex patent litigation matters and conducting expert witness depositions. Prior to that, Harpreet served as an Electrical Engineer at Xradia (now ZEISS) and completed a Patent Examiner role at the USPTO from 2012 to 2014. Harpreet began their career as an Electronics Engineering Intern at the Defense Microelectronics Activity in 2005. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of California, Davis, and a Doctor of Law at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
