Henri Visser is currently the Group Lead at ASML Motion in the LAB Production Engineering department, overseeing the assembly factory of linear actuators for DUV, EUV, and Apps systems. Previously, they held several leadership roles at ASML, including Group Leader of Volume & Install Support and Manager of ASML Motion Engineering Quality and Support, where they focused on process improvement and managing multidisciplinary teams. Henri earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hogeschool Eindhoven and Eindhoven University of Technology, respectively.
