Henry Gerung

Henry Gerung is a Technical Lead in EUV Patterning Technology with extensive experience in semiconductor processing and equipment. Currently at ASML, they focus on advancing EUV technology from development to high-volume manufacturing while ensuring customer needs are met. Previously, Henry served as a Senior Technology Development Engineer at Intel and as a Member of Technical Staff at Maxim Integrated, where they led efforts in yield improvement and process optimization. They earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from The University of New Mexico and a Master’s in Material Science from the National University of Singapore.
