Henry Wang

Henry Wang is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in leading human resources functions across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of HR for the AI Program and strategy at ASML since July 2017, along with roles such as Head of HR Brion and Head of HR China, Henry has previously held several key HR positions at Philips Healthcare and Philips, where responsibilities included directing HR business partnerships for significant global business units. Early career experience includes HR management roles at Electrolux and Nokia, along with training positions at Swire Beverages and Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites. Henry holds an MBA from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Chemistry from Xiamen University.
