I-Ling Chen is a results-driven attorney and currently serves as the Regional Ethics and Compliance Officer at ASML. They possess extensive experience in compliance and regulatory issues, having held roles at BNP Paribas Cardif and BNP Paribas, where they developed and managed compliance frameworks across multiple regions. I-Ling has also worked in the legal sector as the Executive Legal Staff to the CEO of Electronic Commerce Universal Inc., focusing on intellectual property and contractual issues related to fintech. They earned a Master of Laws from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from National Chengchi University.
