Ian has held several key roles, including Program Manager at TECT Corporation, where they improved operational metrics significantly, and Director of Operations at AGSE, overseeing quality and supply chain for multiple facilities. Currently, Ian is the founder of Onix Technology & Design Center, focusing on watersports innovation while also serving as Chief Operations Officer for Big Air Kite League. Ian earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
