Ignacio González Alonso

Ignacio González Alonso is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Senior Researcher at ASML, where they lead Litho SW Research. With a diverse background that includes experience as a Software Execution Architect at ASML and a visitor researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology and the University of Essex, Ignacio has contributed to various projects in robotics, software engineering, and R&D management. They also co-founded HoPrin, focusing on sustainable additive manufacturing. Ignacio holds a Master’s and a PhD in Computer Science from Universidad de Oviedo, where they also served as an associate professor.
