Ilse de Beer

Ilse de Beer is currently a Portfolio Manager at ASML Motion, overseeing projects related to new product and process introductions. They began their career at SCA hygiene products, where they worked for seven years as a Supply Service Team Leader. Ilse then spent over thirteen years at Reinier van Arkel as a Care Administration Consultant, bridging the gap between regulations and administrative processes. In 2019, they transitioned to the contracting and fiber optics industry, gaining valuable experience before joining ASML in 2022 as a Project Leader.
