Isabella Kemp is a biomedical and mechanical engineer with extensive experience in medical device engineering and research. They served as an Engineering Researcher in the Gao Lab and Fetz Lab at the University of Washington, where they designed cancer therapeutic devices, conducted neuroscience experiments, and collaborated on neural modeling projects. As Project Team Lead for a Tourette’s syndrome tic-detector app at the University of Washington Bioengineering, they managed a team to implement innovative tracking solutions. Isabella holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego. They currently work as an Electro-Mechanical Engineer at QuidelOrtho.
