James Maddocks

James Maddocks, M.S. (E.I.T), is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Product Owner and Senior Controls Engineer at ASML, where leadership is demonstrated through managing a 19-member team focused on integration and escalation support. With extensive experience in controls engineering, including roles in timing, energy controls, and system integration, James has successfully contributed to both factory operations and on-site customer support. Additionally, James co-founded NEXT (Spark) ASML San Diego, promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego, complemented by various internships that honed skills in controls, manufacturing, and system design.
