Janneke Schepers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy management, learning and development, analytics, and procurement across various sectors. Since January 2013, Janneke has held multiple leadership roles at ASML, including Senior Strategy Manager and Director of Learning & Development Processes, overseeing technical learning and the deployment of business processes within the Development & Engineering division. Earlier positions at ASML included Director of Analytics & Business Support and Senior Program Manager for Sourcing Excellence, focusing on supplier management and procurement process improvements.
