Jasper Goos has extensive experience in software and product management within the technology sector. From February 2010 to January 2013, Jasper served as a Product Manager at Ericsson, leading complex international Agile software projects and managing teams across multiple countries. Prior to this, Jasper was a Software Engineer at the same company, developing telecom applications. After Ericsson, Jasper worked as a Team Manager at Altran Netherlands from January 2013 to April 2015, overseeing a team of approximately 35 consultants, before becoming Group Leader R&D at KROHNE Group from May 2015 to November 2017, where responsibilities included managing engineers and improving development processes. Currently, Jasper is the Software Group Lead at ASML, responsible for a software development group.
