Jaya Nair

Jaya Nair is a senior intellectual property attorney with 23 years of experience in both law firm and in-house environments. Currently serving as Senior IP Counsel at ASML, Jaya manages the San Jose IP team focused on computational lithography and e-Beam business lines. Jaya's prior experience includes roles as Patent Counsel at Martine Penilla and Gencarella, LLP, and as Intellectual Property Counsel at Integrated Device Technology Inc and Tessera, Inc. Jaya holds a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Northwestern University.
