Jayson Stewart is currently the Head of Research at ASML San Diego, having previously held roles as Principal Scientist and Staff Scientist at the same organization. Jayson earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Physics from Texas A&M University. Jayson’s past experience includes serving as a Senior Scientist at both ASML and Cymer, as well as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Prior to that, Jayson was an Undergraduate Researcher at Texas A&M University.
