Jelle Boots

Jelle Boots is a mechanical engineering professional with significant experience in mechatronics and design engineering, particularly in the semiconductor industry. At ASML, Jelle served as a Functional Cluster Architect for the Wafer Handling cluster of YieldStar in early 2025 and previously held roles as a Mechatronic Design Engineer, focusing on machine and material damage control and wafer exchange for YieldStar platforms from 2020 to 2024. Prior to ASML, Jelle worked at TMC as an Employneur, contributing to the integration of Wafer Handlers for the YieldStar 380. Jelle holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universiteit Delft, completed in 2018 and 2016, respectively.
