Competence Engineer Vacuum Systems & Flow and Temperature Control

Jelle Stap has extensive experience in engineering and education, currently serving as a Competence Engineer for Vacuum Systems and Flow and Temperature Control at ASML since June 2018, where responsibilities include first-line support and troubleshooting for advanced EUV light sources and lithography tools in the semiconductor industry. Prior to ASML, Jelle worked as the Head Instructor of Mathematics at ROC Mondriaan, overseeing the mathematics program for first-year students in the Mechatronics Preparatory Track, and as a Mathematics and Science Tuition Teacher at Inwijs, providing GCSE tutoring across multiple secondary schools. Jelle's early career included a role as a Marketing Assistant at Ecofys, contributing to sustainable energy consultancy efforts. Jelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics and a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Delft University of Technology, along with foundational education in nature, technology, history, and music.
