Jen Anderson, CPSM, is a self-directed and motivated Supply Chain Professional with 15 years of experience specializing in strategic sourcing, vendor relationship management, and risk mitigation. They began their career as a Purchasing Assistant at Babcock & Wilcox and progressed through various roles, including Buyer III, where they focused on developing sourcing strategies for high-value purchases. Jen further honed their expertise as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Tank Connection before taking on the role of Account Lead at ASML in 2023. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and Human Resources along with an MBA from The University of Akron.
