Jennifer McMullen is currently the Head of EHS for the US Region at ASML, a position held since 2019. They have a diverse background in environmental health and safety, previously serving as Vice President of EHS at Skanska and as an EHS Manager at John Deere. Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as a Human Factors Engineer at National Seating Company and held roles such as Sr. Ergonomist at Intel Corporation and Principle Ergonomist at ErgoAdvantage. They are currently pursuing both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
