Jeroen Gruben is an experienced business leader with a robust history in developing innovative solutions and leading marketing programs. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Market Innovation & Customer Co-creation at the Philips Innovation Hub Eindhoven, they drive collaboration between various departments to enhance customer co-creation initiatives. Previously, Jeroen held key leadership roles at Philips, including the Business Leader of the Global Installed Base Business and the General Manager of the imaging systems refurbishing business, where they oversaw large international teams.
