João Poças

João Poças is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the design and management of mechanical systems. After completing a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, João interned at Efacec, where they first honed their engineering skills. They later worked at igus as a Product Manager, developing commercial strategies and technical consulting before joining ASML as a Lead Engineer. Currently, João is the Team Lead for the DUV ITT Tooling Department at ASML, overseeing project deliverables while managing cross-functional teams.
