Joe Dowdell is an experienced electrical engineer with a diverse background in high voltage testing, electronics architecture, and smart grid systems. Dowdell began a career as an Electrical Design Engineer at HAEFELY HIPOTRONICS, where responsibilities included developing controllers and managing product lines.
