Joel Bacon

Joel Bacon has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as Project Cluster Manager at ASML since June 2007, where previous roles included Sr Project Manager and Project Manager in Development & Engineering. Prior to ASML, Joel Bacon worked as Lead Metrology Engineer at NanoOpto from October 2004 to June 2007, and held the position of Business Owner and Principal Consultant at Optronix Technologies, Inc. from 2003 to 2004. Joel Bacon began his career as a Sr Project Engineer at Molex Fiber Optics from 2000 to 2003. Joel Bacon earned a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Minnesota (1992-1997) and a B.S. in Chemistry from Gordon College (1988-1992).
