Joël de Brouwer

Joël de Brouwer is a driven project and transition manager specializing in both processes and the human aspect within organizations. Since mid-2017, they have been a co-owner of de facilitair managers (DFM), contributing to the organization’s growth as a facility partner for a diverse client base. Joël has held various roles, including project manager and transition manager at prominent companies like ASML and Rabobank, where they facilitated significant organizational changes. Educated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Facility Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences, Joël has continuously focused on creating optimal connections between processes, employees, and organizations for positive outcomes.
