Joep Jongen

Joep Jongen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in team management and education. Currently serving as a Group Lead and Team Manager at ASML since 2009, Joep has also held various roles, including Quality Manager and Scrum Master within the EUV performance department. Previously, Joep worked as a Junior Consultant at CEANconsulting, and served as a Physics Teacher across several institutions, including Hogeschool Utrecht and Leidsche Rijn College. Joep earned multiple degrees from Utrecht University, culminating in a Master’s in Physics Education.
