Joep van Steen

Joep van Steen is currently the Senior Manager EHS at ASML, where they focus on improving the EHS Management System within the Corporate EHS department and support global factories with EHS inquiries and internal audits. Previously, Joep served as a Hazardous Materials Expert at ASML and worked as an Environmental Consultant at Royal HaskoningDHV, specializing in hazardous substances, CO2 emissions, and EHS compliance. Joep holds multiple degrees, including an M.Sc. in Earth System Science from Wageningen University & Research, and has earned certifications in ISO14001 lead auditing and project management.
