John Scoville

John Scoville has extensive experience in the semiconductor and software industries, currently serving as Senior Director of EUV Source Software Development and Senior Director of Software Integration at ASML since November 2016. Prior to ASML, John held the position of Senior Director of Product Management at Cymer starting in June 2015. Between January 2007 and June 2015, John worked at Applied Materials, where roles included Senior Director of Global Product Management and Senior Director of Software Engineering. From January 1998 to January 2007, John served as Director of Product Management and Director of Engineering at Brooks Automation. John began a career at FASTech Integration from 1990 to 1998 as Director of Marketing. Academic credentials include an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University (2003-2005) and a BSME in Manufacturing Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (1978-1982).
