Joost Vogels

Joost Vogels is a passionate project and group leader with a broad international work experience in technology, ranging from fundamental research to production. They worked as a Project Leader at Philips Lumileds from 2007 to 2013 and as a Product Development Engineer at Philips Lighting from 2005 to 2007. Currently, Joost serves as a Group Leader in Mechanical Constructions SCN NXE at ASML, where they also hold roles in mechanical layout and project management for EUV systems. With a calm and structured approach, Joost is committed to achieving high-quality outcomes and nurturing team development in dynamic, technology-driven environments.
