Joris Kanters

Joris Kanters is currently the Project Lead for Sourcing & Supply Chain at ASML, where they oversee the industrialization of a new high-tech EUV mechatronics module. Prior to this role, they held various positions at ASML, including Team Lead and Design Engineer, where they led teams in optical column developments and contributed to product innovation. Joris holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics from Technische Universiteit Eindhoven. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively within the high-tech industry.
