Josh Hall

Josh Hall, PE, serves as the Facilities Operations and Maintenance Manager at ASML since March 2022, overseeing maintenance and engineering teams in the management of 500,000 square feet of manufacturing, R&D, and engineering lab space in San Diego. Prior to his current role, Hall was Director of Facilities at the Naval Medical Center San Diego from March 2019 to March 2022, where leadership extended over facility operations and maintenance for 2.4 million gross square feet. Hall's previous experience includes managing facility operations and maintenance at the Public Works Department, Naval Base Coronado, and Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti, Africa. A former Company Commander at Amphibious Construction Battalion 1, Hall has also been a Division Director and Instructor at Nuclear Power School, and served as a Submarine Nuclear Reactor Operator on USS Louisville. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a certificate from Nuclear Power School.
