Joyce Li

Joyce Li has 20 years of experience in the fields of Fraud Investigation, Ethics Compliance, internal control, and auditing within the medical devices, consumer products, and semiconductor industries. Joyce served as an Auditor at KPMG from 2004 to 2006 before advancing to Senior Manager at EY, where they focused on fraud investigation and compliance in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors until 2014. Joyce then took on the role of Director, Head of Fraud Investigation & Customer Screenings Asia at Philips, leading compliance and fraud monitoring efforts until 2022. Currently, Joyce is the Head of Risk & Business Assurance China at ASML, where they oversee compliance and risk management initiatives.
