Joyce Slamet

Joyce Slamet is currently a Senior Team Lead in the Management Support Organization at ASML, where they have held various roles, including Coordinator of Leadership Programs for People Development and Team Lead for HR. Previously, Joyce gained experience as an Executive Assistant to the Board of Directors at Lunet zorg and in several managerial and project assistant roles across various companies, such as Dela Vastgoed Management B.V. and Rabobank. Joyce has also worked as a freelance Interior Stylist and served in consulting positions at the Kamer van Koophandel. Currently, they are pursuing multiple degrees in Hotel and Hospitality Management, International Business Management, and Interior Design at Business School Notenboom and Academie Beeldende Kunsten Maastricht.
