Jun-li Lin

Jun-li Lin, Ph.D., is a Product Architect and Technical Program Manager at ASML, bringing over five years of experience in system-level technical design and defect inspection technologies. Previously, Jun-li held roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they managed projects resulting in multiple publications.
