Junchao Xu is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience in metrology software for EUV systems at ASML, joining the company in March 2015 and progressing through various roles from software engineer to Function Cluster Architect. Additional expertise includes proficiency in C++11, Python, and Agile methodologies, as well as a strong background in automated testing and model-driven engineering.
