Justin Contreras

Justin Contreras is a Senior Design Engineer and Team Leader at ASML, leading a group focused on the industrialization of EUV-photolithography modules to enhance availability and reliability. They are also the competence lead for machine diagnostics, where they mitigate failure modes and define diagnostic requirements for new designs. With a multidisciplinary background in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, and chemistry, Justin effectively tackles complex challenges in the semiconductor industry. They have completed a Master’s degree in Reliability Engineering at the University of Maryland and previously held a position as a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Currently, Justin serves as the Design Engineering and Architecture Line Manager at ASML.
