Kees Schep is an experienced R&D leader with over 25 years in front-end research, technology development, and customer-centric product development, spanning both consumer products and high-tech semiconductor lithography. They have managed international R&D organizations of up to 700 people, demonstrating strong people leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Kees previously held senior roles at Philips and ASML, contributing significantly to innovation in personal care products and driving business transformation initiatives. They earned a cum laude PhD in Physics from Delft University of Technology, published over 25 peer-reviewed papers, and are the inventor of 35 U.S. patents, recognized as one of MIT’s Technology Review's 2004 Top 100 Young Innovators.
