Keith Fairley

Keith Fairley is the Head of Environmental, Health, and Safety at ASML, where they manage various safety and quality initiatives. With a solid background in technical support and management roles at ASML and Cymer, they have extensive experience in leading teams and driving continuous improvement in safety protocols. Before their time at ASML, they served as a Chief Aviation Electrician's Mate in the US Navy, where they performed critical roles in aircraft maintenance and operations. Keith earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University.
