Kent Chang has over 15 years of experience in engineering and technical roles. Kent began a career at Nanya PCB as an R&D engineer and technical service from September 2007 to April 2011. Subsequently, Kent held various positions at 3M from September 2018 to March 2020, including MSK VSM manager, Sigma Black Belt, and Advanced Process Engineer. Since March 2020, Kent has been serving as a Lean Expert at ASML. Kent holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from YZU, graduated in 2006.
