Kian Yi, Alvin Lee is currently the Head of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement (SEA) at ASML, where they lead strategic initiatives in sourcing and procurement. Previously, Kian served as a Senior Director of Global Operations at ASM and held various leadership roles, including Group General Manager at Makino Asia and Regional Director at Arrow Electronics. In addition to their corporate experience, Kian has been an Adjunct Lecturer at Nanyang Polytechnic since 2017. Kian holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, along with a Bachelor's and a Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering from The University of Birmingham and Singapore Polytechnic, respectively.
