Krishna Atluri

Krishna Atluri is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at ASML since August 2022, Krishna is tasked with strategizing and executing a multi-year technical roadmap while fostering team development and nurturing a positive culture. Prior to this role, Krishna held the position of Director of Software Engineering at KLA from July 2013 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing interdisciplinary teams to deliver complex software solutions on time and within budget. Earlier positions included Software Development Manager at GE Software, overseeing industrial digitization projects, as well as various roles at KLA-Tencor, contributing to multiple software projects and developing Java applications for semiconductor instrumentation. Krishna holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from Bangalore University.
