Lars Joosten

Lars Joosten is a passionate people manager currently serving as the Group Lead PMO for Business Performance Improvement at ASML, where they focus on enhancing project and program management within the organization. Lars previously led diverse projects in chemical and mechanical maintenance at Chemetall and completed a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Technology at Eindhoven University of Technology. With experience as a management trainee at ORMIT Nederland, Lars has developed skills in leadership, communication, and project management. They also contributed to team dynamics in athletics and have a background in mechanical engineering.
